We have designed College Fields with the concept of "Community" in
mind. In the Village, for instance, we have designed the street-scape
so that neighbors can interact with one another as they stroll
through the community. The Village of College Fields is an integrated
concept with a planned clubhouse and restaurant just a short walk from
your front door.
Our Views Are Breathtaking
Most of the homes in College Fields are surrounded by a golf
course which is home to a wealth of wildlife. Turkey, deer and an uncommonly
plentiful number of bird and waterfowl species make College Fields and
the adjoining land their home. While the view of the golf course during
the spring, summer and fall is spectacular, the solitude and peaceful
panorama will warm you throughout the winter months.
